Police in Pittsburgh reported 73 arrests at Kenny Chesney's show Saturday. Additionally, medics reported treating 150 people, including 45 transports to medical facilities.

A police spokesperson said officers responded to "at least 10 fights" at the concert, which took place at Pittsburgh's Heinz Field. They also reported arrests for marijuana possession, public urination, disorderly conduct, assault, and an arrest for an alleged indecent assault on the concourse.

The injuries, treated both inside and outside the show, were all reported to be concert related.

Cleanup after the ruckus was also a problem. “It smells horrible, you can smell the beer and the urine,” Harletta Walker of Ross Township told Pittsburgh's KDKA. “They cleaned up the trash, but they should have run the street sweeper through here, it’s horrible.”

Chesney is known for such modern country hits as "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" and "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem." His fans are now known for getting drunk and fighting at Heinz Field.
