The organizers of South by Southwest have recently announced that Lady Gaga will be giving the keynote address at the popular Texas music festival. The pop star's speech will be part of a conversation led by John Norris of Fuse and will take place Friday, March 14th, at 11:00 AM in the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton Austin-Downtown.

Mother Monster's address will unfold the day following her performance at SXSW. She will be performing on the Stubb's Doritos #BoldStage on Thursday, March 13th. She has said that her performance will be an intimate one with admission only being offered to fans who are willing to participate in a series of "bold challenges" issued by Doritos. The pop icon's performance will benefit her Born This Way Foundation.

Gaga has recently taken to Facebook to encourage fans to participate in the Doritos challenge. She expressed her excitement to take part in the festival, telling Rolling Stone:

"Performing at Stubb's is a real blast from my past, I can’t wait to celebrate with the audience how far music can go when we believe and stick together. It’s moments like these that I live for."

Lady Gaga released a YouTube video explaining the "bold challenges" and it can be seen below:
