Primus and The Chocolate Factory, Les Claypool and Co.'s sonic retelling of Willy Wonka, is coming out this Tuesday, October 21st, and the band is adding a Wonka-esque twist to the release.

In addition to releasing the regular chocolate-colored vinyl, the band will also be randomly distributing five golden records which will come with the Primus equivalent of a golden ticket: Free Primus concert tickets for life. Watch the Chocolate Factory-inspired trailer above.

The album will feature covers of songs in the original film, such as "Candy Man," "Pure Imagination," "I Want It Now," and the previously released "Golden Ticket." Claypool spoke to Rolling Stone about his reasoning for releasing the album:

We need to make sure that kids in the future watch the original Willy Wonka and not the horrendous, horrible remake that came along and left the taste of feces in our mouths.

The album is currently available to pre-order on a variety of formats, but you'll have to buy it on vinyl if you want the golden record. Pick it up via Amazon.
