The Experience Hendrix Tour has set a new batch of tour dates, with 27 concerts currently scheduled across the USA during February and March, 2016. When it comes to all-star jam sessions, this is as good as it gets!
The 2016 lineup includes guitarists Buddy Guy, Zakk Wylde, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Eric Johnson, Dweezil Zappa, Mato Nanji, and special guests that may vary by show. Backing the guitarists will be Billy Cox (Hendrix's main bassist from 1969 to 1970) and Chris Layton (drummer of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble). The vocalists are slated to be Noah Hunt (Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band's singer since 1997) and Henri Brown.
