Duran Duran to Launch Summer Portion of North American 2016 Tour in July: Ticket Prices Rising

Duran Duran are currently out on their spring and summer North American tour, spanning 28 dates across the country. The English band kicked things off back in March, and their tour is scheduled to run through the start of August. Chic and Nile Rodgers will join the band for support out on the road, and tickets to see Duran Duran this summer are on sale now.

Duran Duran just wrapped up their spring set of dates on April 24, and after a short break in May and June, they are scheduled to pick back up for the summer on July 6 in Nashville, Tennessee, making stops in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Paul, and many more. The secondary market is steadily rising in demand for tickets to attend Duran Duran’s second portion of their North American tour. According to the data provided by Razorgator, tickets are currently averaging $189.

Throughout the summer months, they will hit cities and arenas such as Starlight Theater in Kansas City, Missouri on July 24, where tickets are averaging $400, with a get-in rate at $324. On July 29 they will hit the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, where tickets are currently averaging $223, and the cheapest ticket available is for $60.

Their tour will wrap up completely on August 3 at the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Tickets for their final stop are currently averaging $207, with the lowest get-in rate at $30, and parking in Glendale can be found easily and ahead of time through Parkwhiz.com.

In 2015, Duran Duran released their 14th studio album, Paper Gods, featuring appearances from Mark Ronson, Janelle Monae, Kiesza and several others. The tour has been in support of that album, which became the highest charting record for the band in 22 years.

On August 5, just days after their arena tour wraps up, the band is scheduled to appear at Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival in San Francisco, California.
