Amy Winehouse: One Shining Night premiers tonight, March 14, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on the Smithsonian Channel. The 46-minute documentary will feature never before seen footage of Amy Winehouse's 2006 performance at Other Voices Music Festival in Dingle, Ireland, featuring songs from the album Back to Black.
The special features an exclusive interview with Winehouse, where she discusses her musical influences, such as Thelonious Monk and Ray Charles. Philip King of Other Voices reminisced, "She sang the blues away. She used her gift to still her trembling soul."
