Action Bronson "Easy Rider" Behind The Scenes
Action Bronson Responds to "Easy Rider" YouTube Comments
Let it be known that Action Bronson is taking his game to the next level. His new music video for "Easy Rider" is a well executed cinematic fantasy of women, drugs, violence, and most importantly music. Watch above, via YouTube.
"Easy Rider" is the first single off Bronson's major label debut album, Mr. Wonderful, due out in the fall of 2014. Producer, Party Supplies, built the beat around an awesome and obscure sample from the Turkish band Mazhar Ve Fuat. The sample is taken from "Adımız Miskindir Bizim" off their 1973 album Türküz Türkü Cagırız. It sounds like it could have been taken from a psychedelic rock band from San Francisco or an old spaghetti western film soundtrack, but it's actually from Turkey. Here, it sounds fresh and beautiful with great production around it. There's also a sick guitar solo at the end of the video.
Riding his motorcycle with his beard gracefully blowing in the wind, dropping acid putting a tab under his bandana, and single-handedly taking on a biker gang on a quest to get his guitar back after a tour in Vietnam. These are just a few of the things you will see in the video. And that gorgeous sunburst Gibson Les Paul with Bigsby tremolo is well worth it. As we learn in the behind-the-scenes video, the guitar solo was played by Curt Chambers.
