The Queens collective, World's Fair, torched the stage at the most recent Hot 97 Who's Next concert. Before the main performance began, The Incomparable Shakespeare kicked off the night's show. Backed by vocalists, the wordsmith showcased his impressive lyricism on stage. Rapper G4SHI then followed with a good performance as well, getting the New York crowd hype. The last supporting act, RATKING, gave the crowd a great warm-up to the main attraction of the night.

As soon as World's Fair touched the stage, the reserved crowd then turned into a frantic one, as the songs from the group provided pandemonium. The energetic shirtless rappers performed tracks off of their latest mixtape, Bastards of the Party. The banging beats kept the crowd jumping for the whole performance, as the Queens lyricists did not have a calming moment for the night.

With the recent statements by Trinidad James on Atlanta running New York rap, World's Fair proved that New York is still relevant in the culture of hip-hop. Check out the group's latest video "Sammy Sosa," here on Zumic.
