"Humberto Vs the New Reactionaries (Christine and the Queens Remix)" - Mike D [Soundcloud]

Mike D of the Beastie Boys has a released a new 10 minute track that he produced for the fashion duo Humberto and Carol for their Kenzo Spring/Summer 2014 show.

The track expresses Mike D's love for classic american hardcore acts like Bad Brains and the Circle Jerks which was the genre focused on during the Beastie Boys origins. At the same time it shows his recent interest in future trap/rave music.

The new track tells us that even after the passing of MCA (Adam Yauch) last year Mike D is still going to pursue musical projects in the future, but it seems this might be it for the moment.
