Country star Luke Bryan has revealed who will be joining him on his 2019 Farm Tour. The opening bands for all six of the special concerts will be Cole Swindell, Mitchell Tenpenny, Peach Pickers, and DJ Rock.
This year, Luke's Farm Tour begins on September 26 and wraps up on October 5. The states he's playing include Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kansas, and Oklahoma. These shows will happen while Luke is in the midst of his Sunset Repeat Tour, which is currently underway and runs through late October.
Luke started the Farm Tour in 2009 to raise money for college scholarships for agricultural families. A statement on Luke Bryan's website says:
The idea behind this tour is to bring full production concerts to small towns that would not see larger scale shows... Growing up in rural Georgia we had to drive to larger cities to see concerts. It is so exciting to watch each of these shows being built like a small city in itself in the empty pasture land of these farms. We can feel the pride from the people in these towns as well as the farmers and it takes everyone coming together to pull them off.
