The Smashing Pumpkins' new album is almost here, and the band have released "One And All," the second track from their upcoming record, Monuments To An Elegy. Give it a listen above.

The electric guitar-driven song wastes no time in letting the listener know that this track is going to rock in a way that only The Smashing Pumpkins can. The combination of overdrive and melody in the guitars, plus Billy Corgan's soaring vocals and impeccable songwriting, make for a great piece of music. Throw in Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee on drums and you get a truly unique listening experience. Corgan spoke to the Huffington Post about the song: "I basically sang the whole song the first time I wrote it. It had written itself."

This song differs quite a bit from the softer, more delicate "Being Beige," the first song the band released in anticipation of the new album. Listen to that track here on Zumic.

Fans can expect more of that guitar-driven sound on the upcoming release. In an interview with CraveOnline, Billy Corgan described the album's sound as "guitars, guitars, guitars, and more guitars; but more so on the epic side of things than say, grossly metallic." The album follows the band's 2012 release, Oceania.

Monuments To An Elegy is set to release on December 9th, but you can pre-order it now on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3) or iTunes.
