Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, and Gary Clark Jr. performed together at the star studded Stevie Wonder Grammy Tribute that aired last night. They performed a medley of Wonder's hits, "Fingertips," "Master Blaster (Jammin')," and "Higher Ground" with such incredible energy that Wonder mouthed the word "Wow!" after it concluded. Watch above.

Beyonce began the performance by hugging Stevie Wonder and pumping up the audience with "Fingertips Pt. 2" from his album, Live at the Regal Theater Chicago June 1962. Ed Sheeran joins her on stage and begins the first verse of "Master Blaster (Jammin')," from Wonder's 1980 album, Hotter Than July. Trading off with Beyonce, Sheeran's voice shows the R&B influence from Wonder. To close things out, Gary Clark Jr. comes in with his guitar for "Higher Ground," (from the 1973 album Innervisions). Clarke sings a short verse and duets with Beyonce, until he completely tears it up in an extended guitar solo.

With horns blaring from the backing band, the three musicians conclude the medley to a standing ovation. Beyonce, Sheeran, and Clark Jr. gave us a stand-out performance for the evening, which is saying something because all of the performances from the tribute were fantastic. Beyonce's vocal talent and excellent showmanship are absolutely stellar. Sheeran's distinctive voice and charm make the performance even more appealing, and Gary Clark Jr.'s virtuosic guitar skills bring everything together with incredible energy. This is definitely a performance to remember.
