Maryland MC Logic has released a brand new cut with Big K.R.I.T. titled "Top Ten." Logic makes the case that he should be a "top ten" rapper before K.R.I.T. ups the ante, likening his career as a producer-MC to that of a crack dealer. Give it a listen above.
Produced by 6ix, the smooth beat makes way for the two rappers to kick some strong rhymes. The SoundCloud gives credit to Frank Dukes for the sample, which sounds more than a little like Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe." Interestingly, "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" samples Boom Clap Bachelors' "Tiden flyver" which was previously sampled by Logic on "Addiction" in 2011 (a year before Good Kid, M.A.A.D City was released).
