Today, Muse have shared a music video for "Dead Inside." The song is from their upcoming album, titled Drones. Watch the video above via the band's YouTube.

"Dead Inside" shows Muse's versatility. While the album's first single, "Psycho," was a guitar heavy anthem, this song focuses more on the electronic side of the band. Strong drum beats with synth basslines hold the foundation for cleverly placed synths and Matthew Bellamy’s airy vocals. The song is not absent of guitars though, as there are riffs scattered throughout and a nice solo.

The accompanying video was directed by Robert Hales and features dancers Will B. Wingfield & Kathryn McCormick. Clips of the band performing the song are mixed with the dancers performing a skillful dance routine while white chalk dust flies around. Drones are seen flying overhead, giving the video an ominous feel.

Drones will be released on June 9th. Pre-order the album on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3).
