Last Thursday, Blur went on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon to perform their song "Ong Ong," a track from their just released album The Magic Whip. Today, video has been uploaded to the talk show's YouTube channel that shows the band with Jimmy Fallon backstage performing an acoustic version of their 1999 song "Tender." Watch it above.
It's an all-out acoustic jam session as Jimmy Fallon sings along with Damon Albarn. The party atmosphere continues throughout the song, and Fallon does an exceptional job singing while strumming the upbeat tune. Graham Coxon sounds awesome on a sweet Fender Reso-Tele Resonator Telecaster and the vibe is really warm. Jimmy falls to the floor at the end, after having just played with a band he admires. Can't say I blame him.
