Mark Ronson brought out a few legendary guests to help close out his headlining slot at 2015's Glastonbury music festival. Watch him perform the mega-hit "Uptown Funk" with Grandmaster Flash, Mary J. Blige, and George Clinton via the BBC's YouTube, above.
Part of the excitement of festival performances is that you never know what kind of collaboration might come about. There's so much talent in one place that you might get treated to a once-in-a-lifetime show like this. With girls skipping jumprope and the crowd going wild, there's an abundance of energy that really carries through the video. I was feeling shivers down my neck watching this. Not a very crisp performance, but you can't deny the fun factor.
The BBC has also made pro-shot video of Ronson's full hour-long set available for people in the UK over at bbc.co.uk.
The song comes from Ronson's 2015 album, Uptown Special, which you can pick up on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3). You can also stream the full album and read our review right here on Zumic.
