Last month, the Tedeschi Trucks Band stopped by the NPR offices in Washington, D.C. to perform three songs as part of the Tiny Desk concert series. You can watch their set above.

Amazingly enough, the band was able to fit all 12 of their band members behind the "tiny desk" without looking too cramped (although a couple vocalists are just off camera). They kicked off with a bluesy version of "Just As Strange," from their excellent 2016 album, Let Me Get By. They follow with a feel-good, funky take of "Don't Know What It Is" that includes an amazing saxophone solo from Kebbi Williams. That transitions beautifully into the laid back groove of "Anyhow," the lead track from the new album.

Pick up Let Me Get By, on Amazon. You can also stream the full album and read our review here on Zumic.
