On June 3, legendary rock band The Rolling Stones released Totally Stripped, a newly revised audio / video collection of two studio sessions and three European concerts that made up the band's 1995 album, Stripped. Above, you can watch an exciting live performance of the 1978 Some Girls album track "Miss You," that is included on the DVD / Blu-ray release.

The album title comes from the fact that these sessions and concerts were relatively stripped down compared to The Rolling Stones' arena shows. Several tracks include acoustic guitar, but there's also lots of electric guitar on here. Bassist Bill Wyman left the group in 1993, and in the video above you can see a young Darryl Jones holding down the low end.

The Stones has a resurgence in the '90s with the Voodoo Lounge album, but this is still far from the height of their powers in the '60s and '70s. What you get with this material is classic songs performed with solid rock & roll energy.

Pick up Totally Stripped on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, DVD, Blu-ray ). You can find more information about the release by visiting The Rolling Stones' official website.
