Earlier this week, Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour began the European leg of his Rattle That Lock world tour to Wrocław, Poland.
Fans in attendance received a very special treat when midway through his show, he played Pink Floyd's 1971 Meddle track "One of These Days." Many are saying this is the first time Gilmour has played the tune in concert since Pink Floyd's The Division Bell Tour in 1994.
The concert was broadcasted on Polish television, and you can watch pro-shot video of the performance above. It's a spectacular version that doesn't stray far from the 1971 track. Thumping bass notes and sweeping effects are supplemented by Gilmour's skillful pedal steel guitar playing, leading to an exciting finish of the song.
You can also watch pro-shot video of Gilmour and the band performing "Coming Back To Life," "Wish You Were Here," and "In Any Tongue" from the same night's concert.
If you haven't done so already, pick up Gilmour's 2015 album, Rattle That Lock, on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3). You can also stream the full album for free here on Zumic.
