Louie Vega grew up nephew to the legendary salsa singer Hector Lavoe, son of Luis Vager a jazz saxophonist. Music raised "Little" Louie Vega who carries on in the family tradition, collaborating with talented friends and family and even calling some of their musical productions Vega Family Events.
