UK electronic duo Disclosure are having a big year. After releasing their hugely successful debut album, Settle, and seeing it nominated for the UK's prestigious Mercury Prize, brothers Guy and Lawrence Howard curated a BBC Radio One Essential Mix (basically the EDM equivalent of hosting SNL) in August. That mix is now available and available as a free download and to stream "without all the radio noises and talking and stuff" on thissongissick.com.

The nearly two hour-long mix begins, quite unexpectedly, with a tribute to the late J Dilla. Mixing the jazzy rap tunes of Slum Village, Gang Starr, and others, Disclosure briefly forgo their usual palette of pulsating, deep house beats to show their love for the Detroit legend, who they sampled on one of Settle's tracks.

After that brief intro, the rest of the mix plays out as expected, blending together classic house tunes with newer dance music from Disclosure's peers, as well as a couple of their own tracks. This mix is largely wordless and maintains a very consistent groove, so it's perfect to listen to while working, dancing, exercising, and/or doing chores.
