Alt-country band Deer Tick stopped by the Sirius XM studios to perform "The Dream's In The Ditch" and "Pot Of Gold," which are both featured on their latest album, Negativity. The band powered through both songs with their unique brand of rough-edged, country-tinged rock. "The Dream's In The Ditch" features a driving beat, melodic 12-string guitar, and a tinkling piano solo, but frontman John McCauley turned up the attitude on "Pot Of Gold" with his snarling vocals and brash, bluesy guitar riffs. Deer Tick is currently in the midst of their fall tour. They're set for a string of U.S. dates stretching until the end of November, when they'll play a show in Chicago with the Avett Brothers. You can take a look at their full tour schedule on the band's official website.
