With all of the OutKast reunion buzz circulating the 'net, Big Boi has begun a nine-week-long series called "Mashup Mondays" that will feature a new version of a song from 2012's Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors each week. Preceded by last week's "Thom Yarbrough," check out "C.P.U. 2.0," a mashup of the Phantogram-assisted "C.P.U." and Sade's "Nothing Can Come Between Us."
Big Boi's never been secretive about his love for Sade, but this remix marks the first time that he's "appeared" on a song with them. "C.P.U. 2.0" has a funky vibe that's aided by Phantogram singer Sarah Barthel's stellar vocals, as well as Big Boi's veteran rap skills, which somehow allow him to get away with rhyming "roleplay" with "Coldplay."
