Just a day after they played "One" at the Grammy Awards with concert pianist Lang Lang, Metallica have shared an HD segment of their film Through The Never featuring the same song on YouTube. Watch the clip, which blends live footage of the band with a fictional storyline, above.

Starring Dane DeHaan (AKA the antagonist in the film Chronicle), the non-concert portion of this makes little to no sense when removed from the larger context of the feature-length film, but the live footage is totally worth the wait. All the elements of a big-ticket concert documentary are here: lasers, pyrotechnics, unconventionally-shaped stages, devoted fans and of course, obligatory shots of the double bass drum pedals during breakdowns. It also helps that the video's high definition enough to see James Hetfield's mouth enunciate those drawn-out "-yeauuuuhs" that seem to get tacked onto the end of every line.

Head over to Metallica's Zumic artist page for more info on their latest endeavors, including a show in Antarctica, a "cover" by Justin Bieber, and a performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at a baseball game.
