Santa Monica-based surf pop band Cayucas just released a video for the track "Will The Thrill," off of their 2013 debut album, Bigfoot.

The short Scott Z. Stinnett film features musician Michelle Branch in the lead role. She plays a young damsel in distress while awaiting her date, who happens to be the same mythological creature they've named the album after. This particular iteration of Bigfoot strays away from how he's been portrayed in traditional folklore. Here Bigfoot is decked out in tight jeans and sunglasses, riding a fixed-gear bicycle.

The short uses the grainy film stock effect. The scope of colors is limited and most things are never properly focused on. This gives the video a warm, home movie-like quality. The members of Cayucas can be seen in small clips playing along, wearing buttoned up shirts and knee-high jean shorts.

You can download Bigfoot on iTunes and Amazon. Also check out the Luke Top remix of "Will The Thrill" here on Zumic. Head to their Zumic artist page for future music and tour related info. If you enjoyed this video check out Scott Z. Stinnett's others on his website.
