Experimental rock veterans Phish are currently on tour supporting their new album, and here we have an official live performance of "Harry Hood," recorded at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Watch above.
Known best for their legendary jam sessions, Phish deliver another great performance. At times, you might feel as though you're floating along on a magic carpet ride through the sky. Page McConnell's delightful piano playing will carry you through to the other side. A consistent bassline drones on with flurries of groovy guitar licks and trembling drums. Clearly, these guys know how to improvise.
Download the entire audio of the performance at the Live Phish website.
You can stream the new album, Fuego, here on Zumic. If you dig it, buy it now on Amazon. Also check out their performance of the title track in Saratoga. For more Phish news and tour dates, check out their Zumic artist page.
