Yesterday, the official trailer for the highly-anticipated film Fifty Shades of Grey was released. You can watch the trailer featuring a newly-recorded version of Beyoncé's "Crazy In Love" above via YouTube.

As if the steamy trailer wasn't enough for Grey fans, Beyoncé also recorded a new version of her classic hit exclusively for the film. The track was produced by Boots and features violinist Margot. Boots helped produce Beyoncé's last album and invited Margot to take part in the newly-recorded song shortly before Beyoncé recorded the vocals. Margot of course agreed and confessed to Time magazine:

It inspires me to work on other artists’ songs because it pushes my boundaries in a direction that I wouldn’t necessarily come up with. Obviously I know how ‘Crazy in Love’ goes, but I knew there was the possibility her vocals would be different. It’s almost more vulnerable and beautiful this way, because you do do crazy things when you fall in love. To hear the mood reversed and flipped makes it even more powerful.

The film stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, and is the film adaptation of the New York Times Bestselling book by E L James. The novel tells the story of a young girl named Anastasia Steele who embarks on a life changing and emotional journey into an erotic romance with her boss, Christian Grey. The movie is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and is produced by Michael De Luca, Dana Brunetti and E L James. Fifty Shades of Grey hits theaters Valentine's Day of next year.

Information regarding the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack has yet to be released.
