Tenacious D, the comedy-rock duo of Jack Black and Kyle Gass, have added a run of 2019 tour dates in conjunction with Post-Apocalypto, their 2018 animated series and studio album.
The North American summer tour is scheduled to run from July to August, with newly added shows through October. Joining them as the opening band will be Wynchester, featuring Mike Bray and John Konesky. Both are members of the Kyle Gass Band, and Konesky also plays guitar for Tenacious D.
The D will also head out on a tour through Europe and the UK in June. This album cycle is inspiring the band's longest tour since 2015, after playing only a few shows — mostly at festivals — over recent years.

When do Tenacious D 2019 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?
Tickets for their previously announced shows are now on sale. For the new dates, the general public on-sale begins as early as May 3 at 10 am local time. Presales for Artist, Citi cardmembers, Live Nation, Live Nation Mobile App, and local venues / radio will begin on May 1.
The artist presale password is COLORS. For the Citi presale, you can try using passcode 412800, but you'll need a Citi card to complete your purchase. The Live Nation / Ticketmaster presale password is REPLAY and the LN Mobile App code is COVERT. Keep in mind, each date is different and details are subject to change.
