John Densmore Talks About The Doors On Jimmy Fallon And Plays Roadhouse Blues [Video]

The Doors' John Densmore is one of the all-time great rock drummers. He is currently out promoting his new book The Doors Unhinged: Jim Morrison's Legacy Goes On Trial and stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to discuss the legacy of Jim Morrison - and of course, how the Doors' singer was able to achieve such fantastic hair. At the end of the interview, Densmore joins Fallon and The Roots on a performance of the classic "Roadhouse Blues". Check out the video:

John Densmore starts by saying, "Did you guys see him do Jim Morrison? Oh my god. For years I've been saying that no one, I mean no one, could fill Jim's leather pants, but... " and continues to laugh and tip his hat to Jim Fallon.
