After beginning their worldwide A Head Full of Dreams World Tour in South America, Coldplay are currently out on the European leg of the tour and scheduled to hit the 'States in mid-July for leg three. The American dates will kick off with a two-night appearance just outside of New York City and will wrap up in the beginning of September in California.

This is the band's first extended North American tour since the Mylo Xyloto Tour in 2011-2012, and tickets to see Coldplay on their 2016 headlining summer tour are in high demand and steadily rising on the secondary market across all 22 dates. According to the data provided by TiqIQ, tickets are currently averaging $274.

On July 16 and 17, Coldplay begin their U.S. trek in East Rutherford, New Jersey at MetLife Stadium. Tickets for these two kick-off performances are averaging around $425, with the cheapest ticket available for $59. Another double performance from Coldplay will be on July 23 and 24 at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois, where tickets are averaging $270, and the get-in price is $48.

Other stops on the A Head Full Of Dreams Tour include Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 6, where tickets are averaging $288 and the lowest is around $115, and August 27 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, where tickets are averaging $592 and the cheapest ticket available is currently listed at $146. Coldplay’s final stop in the U.S is on September 3 at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California, where tickets are averaging $392 with the lowest price being $99.

Coldplay is out on the road in support of their most recent record, A Head Full Of Dreams, the band’s seventh studio album, and the follow-up to their 2014 release, Ghost Stories. Coldplay has invited singer-songwriter Alessia Cara for all dates across their tour, and electronic pop artist Foxes will be joining the band for a portion of their stops. Since Coldplay has recently hinted to their fans that this tour could be the last chance to see the band in a live setting, the demand for tickets is expected to continue to rise as July approaches.
