Former Fleetwood Mac members Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie have announced a second leg to their 2017 summer tour in support of their aptly titled LP Lindsey Buckingham Christine McVie. These are in addition to their previously scheduled appearances in August, including a performance tonight at the Beacon Theater in New York City.
The newly announced stretch of performances begins on October 14 in San Jose, with stops in Santa Barbara, San Diego, and other California destinations to follow. The duo then heads to Texas and the Midwest for an extensive concert schedule in late October and early November, including shows in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Minneapolis, and Louisville. The tour concludes back in Texas following a four-show stint in Florida.

Lindsey Buckingham Christine McVie was released this past June. The recording sessions took place at the renowned Village Studios in Los Angeles, and the duo collaborated with fellow Fleetwood Mac members Mick Fleetwood and John McVie on the album. A statement on the pair's website details the conception of the project:
The collaboration began three years ago, when McVie rejoined Fleetwood Mac for the group’s “On With The Show” tour. The pair went in to record new material prior to rehearsals for the tour and their natural creative chemistry was reignited. According to Buckingham, “We were exploring a creative process, and the identity of the project took on a life organically. The body of work felt like it was meant to be a duet album. We acknowledged that to each other on many occasions, and said to ourselves, "what took us so long?!!”
