"Anaconda" - Nicki Minaj [Audio Stream + Lyrics + Hot 97 Interview]

Nicki Minaj is certainly having a busy week. After featuring on Jessie J's "Bang Bang" and Beyonce's "Flawless (Remix)," she's just released her much anticipated track "Anaconda." Stream it above, courtesy of Spotify.

The track opens ferociously with a familiar line from Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back." Nicki subsequently goes off over a looped sample from Mix-A-Lot's 1992 track. As you could probably guess from the track's risqué artwork, it's essentially a sex-driven song praising all the "bitches with a fat ass in the club." It's definitely a banger, though, and Nicki offers up some decent bars. Produced by Polow and Da Internz, this track is sure to get plenty of plays before the summer's over.
