While tomorrow marks the release of Jay-Z's twelfth studio album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, fans may be hesitant to agree with the with the Samsung app's terms and conditions that will give the new album to app users before the official release date. Billboard reports that over half a million people have already downloaded the application.

As shown on Twitter by rapper Killer Mike, agreeing with the app's terms and conditions will allow Samsung to "modify or delete contents of your USB storage", "prevent phone from sleeping", access "approximate network location" and "precise GPS location," full network communication access and "read phone status and identity".

Magna Carta Holy Grail comes out tomorrow and features production by Pharrell Williams, Swiss Beatz, Timberland, and guest appearances by Justin Timberlake, Rick Ross, Frank Ocean, and Beyonce.
