American Authors At MLB Fancave In NYC 9.27.13 [Zumic Review & Photos]

Brooklyn indie pop/rock band American Authors played a free forty-five minute set at the MLB Fancave in NYC last Friday. The songs ranged from old ones to new, dance-y pop/rock to a slow ballad. Young fans turned out to dance along and sing to the songs as both the crowd and the band showed great enthusiasm.

Their singles "Believer" and "Best Day of My Life" have garnered attention through alternative rock radio and were the most well received at the show. Also the song "Hit It" is featured on the new FIFA 14 game. American Authors released their self-titled debut EP on August 27, 2013 and are about to embark on a coast to coast Fall tour in support of it.
