It's a new era in punk music, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Marky Ramone has been continuing the tradition of The Ramones, playing concerts in a band called Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg that recently added party animal Andrew W.K. as lead singer.

In a pair of recent interviews, the two rockers talk about a wide range of subjects from how they met each other and started playing music together to Marky's pasta sauce business and Andrew W.K.'s music venue in New York City, Santos Party House. The two also discussed their books in the works, Marky's Punk Rock Blitzkrieg: My Life as a Ramone, and Andrew W.K.'s Party Bible.

In the video above, the two are interviewed by Jonathan Clarke on New York City's Q104.3 FM Out of the Box program. In the video below, they talk with My Fox LA's Lauren Sivan (who is a major fox, herself). Marky shares some of his favorite bands of today: The Riverboat Gamblers, The Loved Ones, and The Gallows.

Also, be sure to check out Zumic's review of Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg featuring Andrew W.K. from New York City's Santos Party House.
