Broadway legend and Tony-award winning actress Idina Menzel, or as the world has briefly come to know her "Adele Dazeem" (thanks to John Travolta's infamous Oscar name flub), is no stranger to fame and success in the theatre world. The star made her Broadway debut in 1996 as Maureen in the rock opera Rent and later originated the role of the green Wicked Witch of the West, Elpahaba, in the Broadway blockbuster Wicked. These days, however, Menzel is experiencing a new sort of fame thanks to Disney's latest film, Frozen. She will appear on the cover of the March 29th issue of Billboard magazine and you can watch the behind-the-scenes video of her Billboard shoot below.

Menzel voiced Elsa in Disney's Oscar animated feature and practically became a household name overnight. Her rendition of the film's song "Let It Go" has been climbing the music charts in recent months and it also snagged composers Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson Lopez an Academy Award for best original song. The singer confessed to Billboard that Travolta's name flub has only benefited her and she expressed her gratitude to be a part of the wild success of the Disney hit.

Idina Menzel shows no indication of slowing down and has returned to her Broadway roots as she is currently starring in the new musical If/Then opposite fellow Rent co-star Anthony Rapp. For more information on Idina Menzel be sure to visit her official website.
