Bright Eyes have re-scheduled their 2020 American tour dates. The band is scheduled to get back on the road this August in Europe, with newly announced American dates pushed back to 2021 featuring Lavender Diamond or Lucy Dacus as the opening acts.
After signing with the Dead Oceans label recently, Bright Eyes are working on their first album since 2011's The People's Key. Over the past eight years, the three members have focused on other projects — most notably frontman Conor Oberst, who has released four solo albums in addition to work with Better Oblivion Community Center and Desaparecidos in that time.
