A few months after the release of "Nomads" by Ricky Hil ft. The Weeknd, we now have the video for the dark and rather sad song about a couple of urban nomads.

Though the song is credited to Ricky Hil, The Weekend dominates "Nomads" both on the track and in video. The video follows the duo, led by Hil, into a seedy motel where the two walk around the complex singing about their experiences with drugs, love and living for the night. While Hil has a nice voice, it's hard to compete with The Weeknd, especially since soulful songs about, well, the weekend, are Abel's specialty. The two have such a similar sound, that going up against the notable R&B singer probably wasn't the best move for Hil.

The video is shot nicely enough, though. The scenes are effective and pretty and some shots are blurred for a drug-like effect but, overall, nothing in the video is especially attention grabbing. In fact Hil looks a little out of place at the seedy motel. Whether he is a druggy in real life or not, it's hard to buy that he would do drugs in a motel like the one in this video. But hey, you don't have to when you're a Hilfiger.
