Watch British trip-hop trio London Grammar perform Miley Cyrus' sweeping love ballad, "Wrecking Ball," from BBC's Radio 1 Live Lounge. Their stripped-down, haunting rendition is centered around the spine-chilling and dauntingly powerful vocals of Hannah Reid. And although Reid's vocals are the centerpiece of the performance, support from a delicately picked electric guitar and a glowing yet melancholy snythesizer help create a subtle room-filling tone.

In the same session, London Grammar also performed "Nightcall," a track off their 2013 album, If You Wait. Visit BBC Radio to see that performance, but it will only be online until January 12th, so act fast if you'd like to check that out.
