Band of Horses took the stage last night on the Late Show with David Letterman to perform special acoustic versions of their songs "Detlef Schrempf" and "Laredo."

Lead singer Ben Bridwell's voice sounds outstanding as it echoes through the Late Night studio in a mesmerizing manner during "Detlef Schrempf." The piano accompaniment makes the acoustic version of this song both haunting and moving.
As a part of a special web exclusive performance of "Laredo," Band of Horses take the originally guitar-driven song from the 2010 album Infinite Arms and turn it into a folk ballad. The video features four members of the band surrounding a single microphone, harmonizing their instruments.
