New York City based art-pop quartet People Get Ready are set to release their new album, Physiques, on June 24th via Brassland. Today, they released the video for the title track, which you can watch above.

The video features lead singer Steven Rekker, who choreographed the dance on his own, moving his upper body and arms in time with serene music. His movements are incredibly free-flowing and loose, but he remains controlled, never moving his feet. In the background, other band members do various activities all around him, varying from tennis and ping-pong to frivolous and carefree activities such as propelling a shopping cart with a fire extinguisher and creating a diet coke volcano. Watch the video a couple times through to catch the progression of each little mini-story.

Physiques will be released on June 24th and is available for pre-order on iTunes. For more information about People Get Ready, including the latest news, music and tour dates, check out their website.
