Mass Appeal has just released "Old English," an exciting track starring Young Thug, A$AP Ferg, and Freddie Gibbs. "Old English" is a thunderous headbanger in part thanks to frenetic trap-influenced production that's credited to Salva and Nick Hook. The eclectic song features a Southern rapper (Thug), a New York rapper (Ferg), and a Midwest rapper (Gibbs).

Young Thug delivers a memorable chorus followed by a lyrical verse. Thugger can be hard to understand at times, but once you adapt to his style, he has some very witty lyrics. Freddie Gibbs comes up next and provides a gangster verse. Gibbs is between two more abstract rappers, so his part helps to keep the track grounded. The last verse is comes courtesy of A$AP Ferg. The Harlem rapper increases the depth of "Old English" by telling a story about a Cuban women living as an illegal immigrant. Ferg had been seeing this women while she was selling drugs to help her mother who was sick with cancer. The intimate tale is a welcome change of pace from the first two verses.

"Old English" will live on Mass Appeal Compilation Vol. 1, which will also feature Pusha T, Mac Miller, Juicy J, and YG. You can buy the single on iTunes. To keep up with Young Thug, A$AP Ferg, and Freddie Gibbs, check out their Zumic artist pages.
