You might remember Australian rockers The Vines from their 2002 hit song "Get Free." Well, now they're back with another called "Metal Zone," a track off their sixth studio album Wicked Nature. You can watch the video above.

The song is an aggressive punk anthem with blaring guitars and shouting melodies courtesy of frontman Craig Nicholls. Do not attempt to adjust the color on your computer as the black and white video transforms into a psychedelic journey with bright colors and melting images. The two and a half minute song is proof that The Vines are back and sounding louder than ever.

Wicked Nature has been made as a double-LP with 22 tracks. Todd Wagstaff, who discovered The Vines in 2001, wrote on the PledgeMusic page that, "Wicked Nature is the heaviest record the band have released."

"Metal Zone" is available for purchase via iTunes. For an instant 3 track sampler, pre-order Wicked Nature at Pledge Music before its release on September 2nd. For further music and news, check out The Vines official website.
