Reggie Watts appeared on Conan last night with a brand new country song about horses and horse-related things.
Watts was on the show to promote an album called Scarves & Cabbages, but judging by the record he was promoting last time he was on the show, it may or may not exist. "I Once Knew A Horse" is a hilarious ballad about, you know, equestrian stuff. Bolstered by ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons and Coheed & Cambria's Travis Stever, Watts blended comedy and music seamlessly together. If not for lines like, "Every time I try to put myself in a horses shoes, it hurts my feet, baby," it would be a perfectly passable country tune. Check it out above.
Stay tuned for any details about the possibly upcoming Scarves & Cabbages. For more music and videos from Reggie Watts, check out his Zumic artist page.
