The good Reverend Horton Heat gets downright romantic in "Mad, Mad Heart," a track from the band's latest album, REV. They premiered the official music video today and you can watch it above.
The clip for "Mad, Mad Heart" is a simple one, with fisheye shots of the band and silhouettes of dancing girls, but the irresistible rockabilly groove takes center stage. While it's not one of the Rev's catchiest songs, Jim Heath's hot guitar licks will likely make you shake, shimmy, sway, step, and shiver right along with him. Add in slap bass from Jimbo and swingin' drums Scott Churilla and you've got yourself an unadulterated Reverend Horton Heat love song.
REV came out this year on Victory Records. You can stream the whole album here at Zumic or purchase it through Amazon. For the Rev's latest music, videos, news, and tour dates, check out his Zumic artist page.
