MMG's resident reggae artist, Magazeen, just dropped a new track with fellow labelmate Wale. Stream "My Town" above.

The track is an impressive rock reggae fusion with some soul undertones. With lines like "Justice, is there a such thing? / 'Cause every time we seen the judge we never win," the song acts as a cautionary tale about the corruption and violence present in each rappers' hometowns (Jamaica for Magazeen and Nigeria and DC for Wale). Magazeen does an excellent job of pairing a mellow, easy beat with an important message in "My Town."
