One week after dropping "Clouds," Prince has shared the sultry second single from his upcoming solo album, Art Official Age.
"U Know" is a little weirder than its predecessor, but that's not a bad thing. The Artist carries the bulk of the song with a spoken flow, only letting his falsetto soar through the chorus. There are some funky digital effects in play, with swirling filters and a chopped-up / rewound section toward the middle, but the song's strength, as always, lies in Prince's sexy delivery. The song will live on Prince's new solo album, but he's also got a record coming out with his band, 3RDEYEGIRL. They will both be available September 30th. Pre-order Art Official Age
