Canadian folk outfit The Barr Brothers recently performed live on KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic show. Above, you can watch their performance of "Love Ain't Enough," a track off their upcoming new album, Sleeping Operator.
The song was the first time they performed it on live radio. Dreamy harp playing from Sarah Page leads into an escalation of drums, piano, and acoustic guitars that blend together to shape it into a mellow rocker. Singer Brad Barr delivers a sincere, romantic vocal accompanied with acoustic strumming. It's an atmospheric tune with smart lyrics that I'm sure fans will enjoy.
You listen to the full 42 minute episode on the KCRW official website.
Sleeping Operator will be out October 6, and is available for pre-order through Amazon and iTunes. For further music, news, and tour information on The Barr Brothers, check out their Zumic artist page.
