San Francisco rockers Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers have gained attention for posting "Van Sessions" clips to their YouTube channel. Often, they would perform a cover tune while driving in their van to their next gig. They have since graduated to a bigger vehicle and shared their first "Bus Sessions" video, which you can watch above.
The band takes on Brewer and Shipley's 1971 hit "One Toke Over The Line." They are joined by members of The Mother Hips, who they recently shared a tour with. Nicki and the boys stay true to the same free-flowing rhythm as the original. Rebecca Loebe joins Nicki Bluhm on vocals, providing an uplifting vibe in the lyrics as four acoustic guitars are strummed. Everyone is all smiles as the song finishes up. The song is a great pick and hopefully we'll get another "Bus Session" clip soon.
