Belgium born street artist ROA has shared his storytelling video for U2's Films of Innocence series, in which 11 worldwide artists created videos dedicated to each track on U2’s Songs of Innocence album. Watch "Sleep Like a Baby Tonight" above via YouTube.

ROA used ink and pencil sketches to tell the earth's history, from its creation millions of years ago to the possible extinction of humankind. The gray nature of the video fits with the synth heavy groove of the song. U2 frontman Bono is never shy about his ideals, and the message behind ROA's video is brutally honest concerning environmental pollution. The long closing scene depicts an Ouroboros (a snake eating its own tail, in this case forming the infinity symbol), suggesting us to ask ourselves, "will history repeat itself?"

Songs of Innocence will be available December 9th. You can pre-order the album on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3) and iTunes.
